As Executive Pastor, Laurie Gruel oversees the church’s day-to-day operations, policies, and programs.  She recruits leadership from the congregation, and then trains, mentors, and resources each leader through the lens of their spiritual gifts.  Pastor Laurie also collaborates with the Transition Minister to develop strategic planning, while developing and overseeing church ministries.  She especially loves teaching the Women’s Bible Study and provides spiritual guidance for the congregation.  Laurie helps serve her community as the Board of Directors Vice-Chair for the Tri-Cities Chaplaincy.
